Ingredients to make Bread Upma
Bread Crumbs – 3 cups
Rai – 2 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
Onion chopped – 1/2 cup
Tomato chopped – 1 cup
Green chili chopped – 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Bread Upma Recipe
To make delicious bread upma, first of all cut the bread into pieces. If you want, you can separate the four sides of the bread by cutting the edges. After this, finely chop tomato, onion, green chili, coriander, ginger, garlic. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. After the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and splutter. When the mustard starts crackling, add curry leaves, garlic, green chillies, ginger and finely chopped pad to the pan and fry.
After frying the onions for 1-2 minutes, add finely chopped tomatoes, red chili powder and turmeric to the pan and mix. After this add 2 tbsp water and let everything cook for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, mash the ingredients with the help of a spoon. Now put bread pieces in it and mix well and cook on medium flame for 1 minute. After this turn off the gas. Put coriander leaves on top of the bread upma. Tasty Bread Upma is ready to serve.
